In between all the action at the KDC Grand Slam Regional Qualifiers at Ultimate X this past weekend, we managed to spend some time reaching the children of Cape Town through our Skateboarding For Hope clinic held by Charl Jensel at Indigo Youth Movement.
We were joined by SA’s Moses Adams and professional FMX rider Ali Sayer of Botswana who told their stories of coming up from rough backgrounds and using their respective passions of skateboarding and motocross to bring them success and travel the world and in turn avoiding more destructive lifestyle choices.
Following the clinic was a skateboard giveaway to the Indigo children who were super grateful to be getting a new sled. Thanks to Moses, Ali, and Charl for getting involved! Check out a few photos from the session below.
